Client Representative

As a Client Specialist, you will be the ambassador for client promotions within the retail landscape, playing a pivotal role in enhancing client sales and portraying a positive brand image to our valued customers. Your exceptional communication skills will shine as you become the first point of contact for potential customers. This role serves as a stepping stone, providing you with the opportunity to acquire essential knowledge and experience in understanding our business operations. Over time, this foundation will empower you to develop and execute your own marketing campaigns.

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager collaborates closely with the Director to gain insight into the operational aspects of the business. In this role, you will acquire expertise in payroll management and proficient budget maintenance. Given our esteemed client partners, all Fortune 100 companies, they anticipate us to further enhance their already significant influence. Therefore, the Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in mastering client interactions and acquiring the skill set required for potential office management.

Account Manager

The Account Manager serves as the driving force within our operations, building upon the competencies developed in the Client Specialist role. This pivotal role involves supervising a team of five or more Client Representatives and mentoring them on the path to success. Additionally, Account Managers take on the responsibility of conducting second-round interviews, requiring them to adeptly articulate how our company fosters client growth at this stage in our business cycle.

Director

The Director primarily focuses on devising strategic approaches to enhance client partner's brand recognition. Their responsibilities include ensuring that all in-store marketing initiatives align with our clients' stringent standards and our company's core values. Our company's distinct advantage is its exclusive promotion-from-within policy, which accelerates new recruits into management roles with guidance from seasoned Directors. This approach enables us to consistently deliver exceptional results year after year.
